Excitement, determination, and school spirit filled the courts of Brookhouse School on 9th March 2026 as students gathered for the highly anticipated Ambassador CUP Tournament.

The event brought together talented young athletes from:

  • Brookhouse School

  • Braeburn (Braeside) School

  • Moi Educational Centre

  • Kirawa Road School

  • St. Patrick’s School

  • Millennium Global International School

From the very first match, the atmosphere was electric. Cheers echoed around the courts as teams displayed impressive skill, teamwork, and determination. Students competed with passion and resilience, while also demonstrating respect, discipline, and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

What made this year’s Ambassador CUP especially memorable was the presence of distinguished diplomatic guests who came to support and encourage the students. Among them were Dzimitry Krasouski, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to Kenya, and Moravia Peralta, Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Kenya. Also in attendance was Tabitha Mutinda, whose presence further highlighted the importance of supporting youth development through sports.

The distinguished guests commended the students for their dedication, discipline, and positive attitude both on and off the court. They spoke about the powerful role sports play in bringing people together, building confidence, and creating friendships that go beyond borders and cultures. Their words inspired the young athletes and added even greater significance to the event.

Among the many highlights of the day, one achievement stood out proudly for Millennium Global International School — the remarkable performance of the Ring Tennis team.

Competing against strong opponents, the team demonstrated exceptional focus, composure, and teamwork throughout the tournament. Every rally reflected determination and countless hours of preparation. Their hard work paid off as they earned the prestigious Best Overall Award in Ring Tennis, recognized by the World Ringsport Alliance.

The victory was more than just a trophy. It was a celebration of perseverance, teamwork, and the courage to rise to every challenge. Students supported one another wholeheartedly, showing that true success is built not only on talent, but also on unity and dedication.

Beyond the competition itself, the Ambassador CUP created an opportunity for students from different schools and backgrounds to connect, learn from one another, and celebrate the values of friendship and mutual respect. It was a reminder that sports have the unique ability to unite communities and inspire young people to strive for excellence in every area of life.

As the tournament came to a close, students left the courts with medals, memories, and valuable lessons that will stay with them for years to come. The Ambassador CUP 2026 was not simply a sporting event, it was a celebration of youth potential, international friendship, and the spirit of excellence!

For Millennium Global International School, the tournament marked yet another proud moment in its growing sporting journey, and the achievements of the Ring Tennis team will undoubtedly continue to inspire future athletes for years to come.
